Country star Alan Jackson is preparing to end his touring career. He played his final road show in May, and at the time he revealed that he would be performing at a “big finale show in Nashville.”
While on stage in Milwaukee, he told fans, “We’re planning on doing a big finale show in Nashville next summer sometime. I just felt like I had to end it all where it all started, and that’s in Nashville, Tennessee.”

He also explained why he wants the show to take place in Nashville. He shared, “I’ve got to do my last one there. But this is the last one out on the road for me.”
Now, there are more details, such as the actual date of the show and how to buy tickets.
The show will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium. Pre-sale registration to buy tickets opened October 8th and runs through the 13th. Anyone who preregistered can buy tickets on October 15th at 11am ET. Then, if there are any tickets left, they will go on sale to the general public on October 17th at 11am ET, which also happens to be Jackson’s birthday. VIP tickets are already on sale.
In a statement, Jackson told PEOPLE, “It’s been a long road… and it’s taken me places I never imagined, but I can’t think of a better place to put on a big show and give the fans a finale than in Nashville and include so many special friends.”

Quite a few famous friends will be joining him for his final show including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Lee Ann Womack, and more that are yet to be announced.
Fans can pre-register and buy tickets at the website www.AlanJacksonLastCall.com. One dollar from every ticket purchase will be donated to CMT Research Foundation. The charity organization conducts research to try to find a cure for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a disease Jackson has suffered from for about 15 years and is part of the reason he is ending his touring days.
Back in 2021, he first told fans he was dealing with the disease explaining, “I don’t want them to think I’m drunk on stage because I’m having problems with mobility and balance. I have this neuropathy, neurological disease I inherited from my daddy.” He added, “I’ve been reluctant to talk about this publicly, but it’s been a while, and it’s starting to affect my performance on stage a little bit where I don’t feel comfortable.”
He continued, “I just want people to know that’s why I look like I do, if they’re wondering. I don’t want to appear like some whiny celebrity. It’s not going to kill me, it’s not deadly… It’s not fatal — it’s just going to disable me eventually.”
