Hamas Fights Back ‘Evil Trump’, Says There Is NO Room For ‘Threatening Language’

The ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israel has taken a new turn with Hamas expressing strong disapproval of former President Donald Trump’s stern warning. Trump had threatened severe consequences if the group did not adhere to a ceasefire agreement and release all Israeli hostages by the stipulated time on Saturday noon.

Hamas conveyed through a spokesperson that such threats are unwarranted and only serve to escalate tensions. They emphasized the importance of refraining from threatening language that could further complicate the situation.

The spokesperson stated, “The language of threats should be avoided as it has no place here.” Hamas, which claims responsibility for the deaths of over 1100 Israelis, criticized the retaliation by Israeli forces as an extreme violation of human rights.

Recently, Hamas announced plans to schedule the release of hostages but accused Israel of repeatedly breaching the ceasefire that was mutually agreed upon the previous month.

During a press interaction late Monday, Trump declared that the situation’s resolution primarily depended on Israel. Emphasizing solidarity, Trump assured that the United States would stand by Israel during these challenging times while indicating no immediate intentions of American intervention.

Sami Abu Zuhri, a Hamas representative, criticized Trump’s remarks as “absurd,” asserting that they undermine prospects for negotiations, perpetuating the conflict rather than contributing to a peaceful resolution.
