Sentenced in 2020 to an extensive 22-year term for wildlife crimes and an attempted murder plot, Joe Exotic remains steadfast in declaring his innocence. Despite the daunting circumstances, he sees a glimmer of hope beyond a presidential pardon.

During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, Joe Exotic shared how his outlook has become more optimistic. This renewed perspective comes from observing Trump, indicating, “If a person like Trump can hold the country’s highest office, there’s no stopping me from aiming high too.”

In his dialogue, Joe Exotic candidly discussed his health challenges, particularly after learning of his cancer diagnosis. He emphasized that his time on Earth might be limited, and he hopes to conclude his life story on a more positive note, despite being a felon.

Expressing a stirring plea, Joe mentioned, “Just give me the term served!” He wishes for his sentence to be commuted to time already served, not for what he has or hasn’t done, but because he believes in the justice of his cause.
