In a startling turn of events, a man accused of igniting a major fire in Los Angeles amidst the havoc caused by devastating wildfires has been taken into custody, thanks to vigilant residents in the community.
It all started around 4:30 in the afternoon on Ybarra Road in Woodland Hills. Locals noticed the suspect behaving suspiciously, and their calls to law enforcement were quickly placed.

Witnesses saw the man leisurely riding a bicycle, conspicuously carrying a blow torch. His reckless actions included trying to set fire to trash cans and remnants of discarded Christmas trees scattered throughout the area.
The situation escalated when another eye-witness account described a family enjoying their backyard when a car abruptly stopped nearby. A man emerged in a hurry, shouting to cease the dangerous activity.

This individual, armed with what appeared to be a propane tank or perhaps a flamethrower, drew the attention of local residents. They bravely intervened to prevent further chaos, effectively subduing him. He was restrained using zip ties until the authorities could arrive.
Throughout this tense encounter, the man kept shouting, “I cannot stop, I cannot stop,” raising questions about his motives. Was he acting independently, or did he have other unclear intentions?
