Passengers Fearful of Crash Left in a Panic As ‘Terrifying’ Boeing 737-800 Flight Fails to Take Off — Twice

The year 2025 has dawned, yet the apprehension surrounding air travel persists, largely due to a spate of frightening incidents in 2024 related to aviation safety concerns.

Recently, a distressing experience involving airline passengers, fearing for their lives, has gone viral. It concerns a Boeing aircraft that failed to take off twice from its initial departure point.

This unsettling episode unfolded in Thailand, where passengers requested a return to the terminal, anxious about potential catastrophe.

The incident involved a Nok Air Boeing 737-800, scheduled to depart Bangkok on December 30. Attempting to leave the runway, the plane failed to lift off.

This incident closely follows the tragic crash of a Jeju Air Flight—a similar Boeing model—traveling from Thailand to South Korea, which resulted in the loss of 179 lives one day earlier.

Passengers recorded shocking footage of the stalled engines during the attempted takeoff, sparking major concerns about the situation at hand.

Further insights revealed that on both attempts, the plane encountered the same troubling mechanical issues. The engines emitted strange, loud sounds, and though the plane accelerated, it overshot the usual departure point, which was set to be near the Airforce Hangar.
