Back in 2024, Franki Valli’s son Francesco tried to break into his Los Angeles home. As a result, Franki and his son Emilio were successful in getting a restraining order against his son. Now, two years later, Francesco allegedly tried to violate that restraining order.
TMZ reports that on May 3, 2026, police were called to Franki’s home around 5 PM. The intruder was described as a 38-year-old man. He was reportedly gone by the time police arrived, so no arrests were made.

PEOPLE obtained the dispatch audio the day after the incident, and Francesco was apparently “banging on the door demanding entry.”
At 5:12 PM, police officers and a helicopter arrived at Franki’s home, but they didn’t find any evidence of criminal activity. The helicopter left two minutes later, but it wasn’t over.
Just one minute later, there was another call to the police from the same address about a “family dispute— restraining order violation.”
A representative for Franki described the incident as “a private family matter, and it was resolved before the authorities arrived.”
The restraining order against Francesco is set to expire in 2027.

Franki has a total of six children. Francesco and his twins Emilio and Brando are shared with his third wife, Randy Clohessy. He also has three daughters Celia, Antonia, and Francine, from his first marriage to Mary Mandel. Tragically, Celia and Francine both passed away in the 20s during separate incidents.
