Prince Harry Admits He Needed ‘Therapy’ Because of Meghan Markle

Prince Harry has never shied away from opening up about his personal experiences during interviews. Recently, he admitted that a particular experience involving his wife, Meghan Markle, led him to think about seeking therapy!

It turns out that watching Meghan in her popular TV role on the series Suits left quite an impression on him. While he thoroughly enjoyed the show, some of the more intimate scenes between Meghan and her co-star made Harry feel like he needed a bit of counseling afterwards!

The Duke of Sussex tied the knot with Meghan in 2018, but during the early days of their relationship, he stumbled upon some of her intense on-screen moments. Understandably, this was a bit unexpected for Harry.

Harry expressed the awkwardness he felt while watching Meghan’s character, Rachel Zane, engage in passionate scenes with Mike Ross. These moments were part and parcel of acting, but seeing it as her partner in real life struck a different chord.

In his memoir, Spare, Harry confessed that he made the significant mistake of googling Meghan and watching these love scenes online. He realized it probably wasn’t the best idea, as it left him feeling quite uneasy.

He humorously remarked that witnessing Meghan and a fellow actor ‘mauling’ each other in the office setting was something he’d rather not have seen. In fact, he jokingly mentioned requiring electric shock therapy to erase those images from his mind.
