Prince Harry has always been open and honest during interviews, never shying away from personal revelations.
When it comes to his wife, Meghan Markle, he admitted that watching her on the television series Suits was not just entertaining but also something that led him to realize he might benefit from therapy.

The Duke of Sussex, who tied the knot with Meghan in 2018, found himself reflecting on the early days of their relationship. This led him to revisit Meghan’s onscreen work, encountering some of her more intimate scenes with a co-star.
Harry candidly discussed the awkwardness he experienced watching Meghan’s character, Rachel Zane, engage in passionate scenes with Mike Ross on the series.

In his memoir Spare, Harry admitted to the mistake of searching online for clips of Meghan’s performances, specifically those scenes where her character was romantically involved with a colleague. The idea of seeing her in such moments was uncomfortable and wasn’t something he handled lightly.
He humorously mentioned, “Watching her and a co-star in those office scenes left a lasting impression on me. I joked that only electric shock therapy might erase those memories.”
